This isn’t simply a catchy slogan, we mean what it reads – if you believe the work you have done is “good enough” and you are satisfied to leave it as is, then we are NOT the team for you. If we do not set a standard which consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations, then we are failing in our efforts.

What is it like to subcontract
for Proven Consulting?
We think our teammates can
say it better than we can:
Working for Proven Consulting as an Independent Contractor is a life experience and career building opportunity that I thoroughly enjoyed. As an Independent Contractor in this position, the range for hourly pay is at the top of the market with the potential to make a large amount annually. With an hourly pay as well as a travel and food stipend, you are quite literally earning what you work for. There is more flexibility in your project hours than a standard 9-5 if the job is getting done, including your choice of days off when applicable.
Another benefit of working as an Independent Contractor is rather than an employer automatically pulling a percentage of your income for tax purposes, you have full control of that process. With this full control of your income, you can pay estimated quarterly taxes which allows for a more comprehensive look at what you will be paying in for the year. This can reduce the stress of the large yearly tax application in April and can reduce the possibility of needing to pay in more than budgeted for.
"I have been working with Proven Consulting for four years now. When they are involved, I expect integrity and professionalism with a common-sense, down-to-earth management style that is a rare find in the independent contractor market space."
"I have worked with Proven Consulting for over 5 years where previously I was employed in Healthcare Management. I have found the work to be enjoyable without a lot of the stress and headaches of my prior job. I enjoy having a new "worksite" to travel to for each job and the ability to meet a lot of new/interesting people. Although a lot of our projects are considered "local", there are opportunities to travel throughout the country and see new areas I have not yet been to.
We are able to accept projects as they fit into our personal/work schedule and take whatever time off needed as well. Compensation for each project also varies depending on the work needing to be done. In my experience, the take-home pay I receive has outgained that which I was making as an administrator in healthcare administration (with far less job stress and concern). Payment for projects has also been timely and accurate as well.
Overall, this has been a great career move for me and I would recommend it to anyone who has, or can learn some basic computer and technical skills while maintaining a professional work ethic throughout the course of your projects. The job does require travel but depending on location this can be minimal in many cases."
My experience with Proven Consulting has been pleasant, professional, fun, and lucrative. Leaving my position as a chief engineer in hospitality, to contract with Proven Consulting, doubled my income within the first year. By my second year, my company was making 150% more than my previous salary. In all this time, Proven Consulting ownership has been supportive, motivating and professional. Proven Consulting made it clear through their actions that my financial and personal success were their highest concerns. Work is abundant and payment always comes quickly. Additionally, the Proven Team is always extremely helpful which rapidly increased my confidence in proficiency with product.

We think our teammates can say it better than we can:
Working with proven consulting has been one of the best work experiences I've ever had. I subcontracted with them for over 5 years because of the straightforward and honest way that Scott and Ryan conduct business. I know that if any one of our crew members return to a job site after me, or if I'm following up another team member, the client will be well taken care of and is always happy.
When you value your reputation you want to make sure that you are working with the best. In the
contracting world I have never met anyone who values their quality of work and the quality of their
contractor’s skill and character as much as Proven Consulting.
Not only was there more work than I could possibly accept in a year but also choices of fun locations. I
was with them for over 5 years because of the respect that is demanded and given by Proven Consulting. They always make sure that the product and solution we are installing has a minimum of 10-year
viability for the customer. This lets me know that when I leave my job site, I don't have to worry that my customer was taking care of.

I’d like to take this opportunity to offer my recommendation of Proven Consulting, LLC. as a business and professional partnership. I sub-contracted with Proven Consulting from May of 2017 until October of 2019, fulfilling contracts in their Hotel Locks division. This was my first venture into the Access Control field and my success would not have been possible without the guidance, tutelage, coordination and overall team atmosphere at Proven Consulting. While each job came with its own unique set of challenges, Ryan and Scott always offered consistent communication and creative solutions, while continually fostering the best practice community that their brand has become known for. During my time with Proven Consulting, I was able to expand both my industry knowledge and skillset, while developing long lasting professional and personal relationships that continue to this day. I greatly enjoyed my time working with Proven Consulting and highly recommend both their company and services.

FAQS
Earning Potential
Our lock installation subcontractors earn up to $900 per project workday
How much travel can I expect?
Your abilities and performance will dictate how many project offers you can expect. Our lock installation teammates are rarely asked to fly to a project, as the tools / equipment necessary for these projects constitute several checked bags. Nearly all lock installations are within easy driving distance. We offer projects, you accept or decline – it is your prerogative.
Do I need previous experience?
Yes! Tell us about your previous experience and how you can use that experience to be successful. We will help you with application-specific training and set you up for success if you are willing to do the work.
What expenses are covered?
Most projects include an allowance for travel expenses, including mileage and and lodging where necessary. Nearly every lock installation takes place in the hospitality industry and therefore we lodge on the property where we are working. When we lodge off-property, our lodging is reimbursed.
